We custom Created this piece for a close friend for his wife.  With Her Diamond Encrusted Initial as the Main focus of the Pendant, they wanted to incorporate her kids in the piece. A Sapphire, an Emerald, and a Yellow Topaz were added to signify the children's birthstones. She will hold this piece dear to heart forever.
